As a coach, mentor, and community trailblazer, Kristina Mattson is perfectly positioned as the Regional Leader for Chase International’s Tahoe City and Truckee real estate offices. She is a resident who raised her family on the Lake’s north shore which makes her well-aware of the lifestyle that comes with working and living in the High Sierra. “My primary goal is to support Chase agents in reaching their professional goals so that they can live the life they dream of living. I love what I do and work hard to elevate the agents within my region.” With her endless stream of energy, Kristina stays ahead of the game researching the company’s sales innovations, new corporate technology platforms, and state-based real estate rules and regulations. As a former administrator and property management associate, Kristina is also aware of the complex logistics that her team must tackle on a daily basis. With this insight, Kristina leads her offices with a collaborative team spirit that enhances the company’s heart-based culture and each agents’ success. Mentoring team members is second-nature to Kristina who is a well-respected Cheer/Spirit Coach for North Tahoe High School and a volunteer board member of several youth sports programs.
